This policy explains what personal information Tourfly India Pvt Ltd (“Tourfly”, “we”, “us”), 61/2303, Palace Tower, Alappatt Cross Road, Ravipuram, Kochi, Kerala 682015, collects through tourfly.in and when you book with us, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Enquiries: when you use an enquiry form, WhatsApp button or call us, we receive your name, phone number, email (if given), travel dates, number of travellers and the trip you are interested in. Most forms on this website open WhatsApp with your message filled in; the contact form sends your message to us by email.
- Bookings: to book flights, hotels, visas or insurance we may ask for passport details, dates of birth, photographs and other documents for each traveller.
- Website use: we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are visited and which enquiry buttons are clicked. These tools use cookies and collect information such as your device, browser, approximate location and pages viewed. They do not tell us who you are.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send quotations and itineraries.
- To make and manage your bookings, visa applications and tickets.
- To contact you about your trip before, during and after travel.
- To improve our website and see which pages and packages people are interested in.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We share your details only with the people needed to provide your trip: airlines, hotels, local tour partners, transport providers, embassies, visa centres and insurers. We may also share information when the law requires it. Our website and analytics are provided by our hosting provider and Google, who process data on our behalf.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for website analytics and to keep the site working properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Passport copies and visa documents are not kept longer than needed for your booking.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you travel offers, by writing to mail@tourfly.in. We will reply within a reasonable time, as required under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or messaging service is completely secure, so please share passport and payment documents only through the channel we ask you to use.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
